When planning a winter wedding with a cozy Christmas vibe in mind, literally the only way it can get any better is if it snows! Stacey and Drew lucked out with a beautiful dusting of snow for their North Georgia wedding at our charming vintage industrial wedding venue, The Corner District. It was the perfect setting for their Moody & Romantic Vintage Industrial Christmas Wedding theme and all the details fell into place to make for the most adorable vintage winter wedding! They were originally planning on having more of a summer themed wedding, or even a wedding ceremony like one of the weddings at Mountain Brook Vineyards, but this winter wedding they decided on seemed to work for them perfectly instead!
Guests were welcomed into The Corner District’s warehouse for the ceremony with a sign that read: “Through the years we all will be together if the fates allow. Have a seat on either side for the wedding vows. And have yourself a merry little Christmas now.” Stacey looked stunning with her bright red lip and we loved her fur shawl and plaid blanket scarf she wore interchangeably for portraits. And how amazing are those bridesmaids dresses? The red velvet was perfect for the theme, made slightly sexy with the slit up the side and deep v-back. We nearly went with a Convertible bridesmaid dress, but then we found these and fell in love. The guys were also festive with evergreen boutonnieres that had just a touch of glitter to mimic snow + red holly berries.
After their sweet + sentimental ceremony, with the exchanging of moissanite rings, guests snuggled into the chandelier and candlelit parlor with exposed brick and plaster walls, offering the homiest, warm feel. “Baby it’s cold outside” was displayed on the assortment of holiday throw pillows for the lounge seating area and “Eat, drink and be merry” on festive cocktail napkins. An antique fireplace mantle flanked with Christmas trees was the perfect spot for the couple’s stockings – complete with one for their pup too (who wore a Christmas sweater to their reception). The groom’s cake, which was R2-D2 in a tux, was even dressed the part with a Santa hat! And of course, we can’t forget our favorite festive touch – the couple’s wedding exit in their matching Christmas pajamas!

Awesome work! Love the photos!
I am interested in winter weddings. I was wondering what to serve in a winter weddings for food and activities
We love a fire pit with a s’mores bar! It’s also a nice touch to include hot cider or mulled wine during the ceremony for guests to enjoy and keep warm. As far as food, talk to your caterer and ask them to send you some ideas for inspiration! They’ll have plenty of tasty comfort food options that are perfect for winter. Cheers!
