Here’s a riddle: What do you get when you add boho style to DIY decor and sentimental touches? The answer: The Randall Wedding! Kaitlyn put so much thought into every little detail, and it certainly shows. From the oversized light boxes to the dictionary guestbook, there was something interesting everywhere you looked. It’ll be hard to top this fun and unique wedding.
The Details
The event seemed to revolve around the letters YTT. The acronym stands for yesterday, today, and tomorrow. As noted on their guestbook table, when the couple was first dating, they weren’t ready to say the “L” word yet. So, they started saying goodbye in such a way that acknowledged “the adoration, friendship, loyalty, support, laughter, and teamwork that has transcended all of [their] yesterdays, todays, and tomorrows.” Guests even got to be a part of this legacy with temporary tattoos!

The creativity didn’t stop there. As an avid reader, the bride used her love of words and books to enhance specific aspects of the big day. Their dictionary guestbook is one of our favorites! Guests chose a word that describes how they know the couple, reminds them of a fun memory, represents their best marriage advice, etc. They also had Scrabble pieces for detail photos, table runners made out of pages from books, and save-the-dates and bookmark thank you’s inspired by vintage library due date cards. Every part of the day was personal and intentional. The couple made sure Hudson was represented as well. Custom baseball jerseys adorned the sports loving groom and his guys pre-ceremony and golf ball inspired cake pops were on display for the reception. The sweetest part, however, was making sure Hudson’s dad was honored, though he couldn’t be there in person.

Magazine Ready
The design as a whole was editorial worthy! Artistic, fashion forward photography showcased the perfect couple and their day. Unique florals adorned all surfaces, and the area rugs brought warmth to our industrial venue. The color palette and bridesmaids’ dresses gave us all the comfy fall vibes, while Kaitlyn’s going away dress was straight off the runway. The Rolls Royce was the dreamy red carpet exit at the end of the night. This fun and unique wedding will live in our memories forever!
